There has never been a more crucial time in human history to examine the rule of law and the moral obligations towards an unjust law. Following world war II the idea of Natural law had a revival of sorts, in that we remembered what it was, and how very important it was. If a regime as morally bankrupt as the Nazis enact a constitution which declared the Jew a non person, the position of Natural law would be to have ignored the unjust law. The fight against the dehumanisation of any group of humans is so morally superior to any constitution, that it should be clear that the Natural law dictates that all men are born equal.

It is clear therefore that the WHO have been infiltrated by those who wish us harm. Those that think that Natural law cannot work if people could decide themselves which laws they thought were moral and therefore worthy of obeying. I have heard it described as “legal Disneyland of eclecticism.” How could it work if we all had a pick ‘n mix attitude to the laws we obeyed?

In May 2022 Boris Johnson was accused of changing the ministerial code to help save his political career ahead of a “Partygate inquiry”. This is where photographs revealed that Mr Johnson had a wine soaked celebration whilst the country was locked down.

The outrage I feel that people in care homes were imprisoned, unable to leave, unable to have visitors. Those taken into hospital and told that they needed to go on a ventilator got to talk to their relatives for the last time on a Zoom call. Public health messages built upon lies whilst the Prime Minister knew there was no danger for people to meet, as evidenced by his weekly parties at 10 Downing Street.

Boris Johnson, an Etonian educated over privileged eugenicist thought that by changing the ministerial code he could weather what he believed to be “a minor infraction” of the laws. This is how a large portion of his electorate viewed it -

The Prime Minister faced a red hot wall of criticism after he amended the ministerial code so it was not always be expected to resign for breaching the code of conduct. Under the new sanctions, ministers could apologise or lose pay. Johnson was rightly accused of rigging the system to “get himself off the hook” ahead of the inquiry.

The WHO’s power grab of democratically held sovereignty is not legitimate unless it is good and right. The WHO is currently pushing a banned medicinal product, which makes them fundamentally flawed. In the same way that Boris Johnson’s Etonian school boy logic that in changing the ministerial code he can have his parties and keep his day job.

Lex iniusta non est lex has become a standard legal maxim since before the birth of Christ for a reason…

There are seekers of justice who advise that it is wrong to use the Nuremberg 2.0 meme. Whilst I agree that the WWII holocaust is not directly comparable to the situation we now find ourselves in, it is a good statement of intent. A proper name can be devised in due course.
